Terms

These terms cover your use of the Mnemora iOS app and the Mnemora web application. By creating an account or signing in you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in identity (Apple, Google, or email) secure. One person, one account. You must be 13 or older to use Mnemora.

Your content

You own everything you put into Mnemora — your memories, your media, your tags, your graph. We hold a limited license only to store and display that content back to you across your devices. If you delete content or your account, that license ends.

Acceptable use

Mnemora is for personal memory. Don't use it to store content that violates the law in your jurisdiction or that violates other people's rights. You may not attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Payments

The iOS app offers a one-time unlock for the full feature set, sold through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's standard refund policy. A future paid web canvas tier will be billed separately and clearly disclosed before purchase.

Service availability

Mnemora is provided “as is.” We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, data loss, or third-party provider failures beyond our control.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings on iOS or the Account page on the web. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or that exposes other users to harm.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the app before they take effect.
